Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and JTMARLON LLC, which runs jtmarlon.tech. By using the site you agree to them.

Prices and proposals

Prices on this site are in USD and describe our standard packages. Every project starts with a written proposal that sets the scope, timeline, price, payment schedule and who owns what. If the proposal and this page ever disagree, the proposal wins.

Setup fees are billed once. Care plans are billed monthly, as set out in your proposal.

Payment, ownership and cancellation

Unless your proposal says otherwise, half of the setup fee is due to start and the rest at launch. Once the setup fee is paid in full, your site, its content and your domain belong to you. Care plans can be cancelled at any time with no lock-in. When you cancel or move on, we hand over your site files and transfer your domain so nothing goes offline.

AI in our work

We only use AI tools on your project if you agree to it, and you approve every generated image, clip or edit before it is used. You choose how your video is made: shot on camera by our crew, assisted with AI, or a mix of both. If you say no to AI, we don't use it. We don't use your files, footage or information to train AI models.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information, files, footage and plans as confidential. We only share them with the services we need to deliver your project, such as our hosting and email providers, and only for that purpose. We never sell your information.

Domains

If you bring a domain you already have, it stays with your registrar and we connect it to your site.

If we register a new domain for your project, it is held on our account while we look after your site, and its renewals are covered as set out in your proposal. If you end our work together, we transfer the domain to you on request.

Our work on this site

The design, text, code, images and video on jtmarlon.tech belong to JTMARLON LLC or are used with permission. Client sites appear with their owners' permission, and concept projects are our own studies with fictional brand names. Some sample reels on this site were made with AI while our own shoots are completed, and our client work only uses AI with the client's consent. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Don't try to break it, overload it or get into areas you aren't invited to, such as the client portal without an account.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and online, but it's provided as is. We can't promise it will always be available or error free.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, JTMARLON LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
